Why spend money when there is nothing (apparently) wrong with your heating and cooling? Our program of prevention will help you avoid the need for costly repairs and delay even costlier replacements. It can avoid ill-timed failures that will leave you sweating in the summer or shivering in the winter…in your own home.
We will check your system annually or on a seasonal basis. The latter is especially helpful in making sure that heating equipment is ready to handle frigid winter weather and that the air conditioner is up to the challenges that summer heat will send its way.
What is Included?
A Pacific Air & Refrigeration professional will:
- Inspect capacitors, ductwork, contactors, fan blades, heat exchangers, service valves and other parts.
- Remove dirt, dust and particulate matter that can foul filters and block blowers. Regular filter replacement will be done as well.
- Check electrical components and connections.
- Lubricate moving parts to reduce friction and keep them from overheating.
- Clean condenser and evaporator coils, and drain lines and pans.
- Calibrate thermostat settings, verify refrigerant levels and replace belts and pulleys when needed.
- Look for mold or leaks that can affect performance.
