Pacific Air's service was top notch. The technician, Bud, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. He arrived on time (in fact, slightly early); analyzed the situation quickly and accurately; went to retrieve a required part; and had our furnace back humming and warming the house in under two hours. (The problem occurred during an unexpected springtime cold snap.) Bud patiently answered our questions and let us know what he was doing throughout the whole process. If we have future problems with heating or air conditioning, we will definitely call Pacific Air & Refrigeration LLC. And we will ask for Bud, if he's available.

Bud was the man, and got the work done quickly and honestly.

I had a very old gas hot water heater that needed replaced, they installed a new tankless system, works great. Also my dryer vent was originally put in wrong causing dryer to have lint problem and blowing fuses in dryer, they put in a new vent, looks great and I am sure it fixed the problem.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors and HVAC people remodeling our properties and these guys are the best. Just installed a new AC unit and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Anytime I have used Pacific air and refrigeration I have been more than happy with their service. They show up on time are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner.
